Confirmation Wintermeeting Kasteel De Essenburgh
at Hierden on Saturday 2nd of March 2019
The board of Alcyone Circle succeeded in organizing our Wintermeeting at a truly cozy location again, perhaps in a stunning winter landscape around the 2nd of March!
Kasteel De Essenburgh is located nearby the old Hanseatic town of Harderwijk.
The main program will be as following:
| 16.30-18.00 hours | Arrival and room check in at Kasteel De Essenburgh (you may check in for your room earlier if you like) |
| 18.00-19.00 hours | Happy hour in the lounge of Kasteel De Essenburgh |
| 19.00-22.00 hours | Restaurant: unfold plans for the Rally 2019 during Alcyone Circle-buffet by Arjen & Klaus, our Neuwerk Rally-specialist! Bert will tell us about his amazing sailing trip to Finland and Klaus about his goal once sailing to London city. |
| Night over | Castle-or standard room included breakfast on Sunday morning from 8.00 till 10.30 hour, check out before 11.30 hour. |
